What you'll doAnalyze pricing, promotions, category profitability, and performance trends using advanced analytics and competitive intelligence.Co-design global pricing strategies with HQ and local teams to protect margins and optimize value.Coordinate forecasting and budgeting with Finance, Commercial HQ, and Business Units.Develop reporting tools to monitor product/customer performance and identify margin opportunities.Monitor distributor value chains and lead cross-country benchmarking to harmonize trade policies.Collaborate with Commercial, Finance, Portfolio, and Marketing teams for aligned RGM execution.?? What you bring1–2 years of experience in analytical roles (business analysis, reporting, market analysis).International experience (study or work abroad) strongly valued.? Skills & MindsetStrong analytical and reporting capabilities.Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with reporting tools and willingness to learn advanced analytics platforms.Commercial awareness and problem-solving attitude.Fluent English (written and spoken).Proactive, collaborative, and eager to learn.??
