What You'll Do· Develop and manage a client portfolio focused on sectors aligned with our projects and vision· Lead sales negotiations independently, from the first call to deal closure· Collaborate closely with the creative and strategic teams to build tailor-made offers consistent with the agency's identity· Identify new market opportunities and activate alternative sales channels· Monitor goals, margins, and results using reporting toolsWhat We Are Looking For· Experienced in B2B sales roles, preferably in creative, digital, or agency environments· Fluent in Italian and English (C1+)· Ability to read the market and apply consultative sales techniques· Knowledge and understanding of UK and US market needs· Skilled in preparing commercial proposals· Proactive, with excellent relational and negotiation skills, results-oriented· Desire to be part of a growing international team· Availability to work under a freelance (P.IVA) contractLocation: RemoteContract type: P.IVACompensation: High commission per closed deal + pre-authorized expense reimbursement + KPI-based bonusesStart: ASAPJoining Wimage means becoming part of a dynamic, cross-functional team where creativity meets strategy, and where every project is an opportunity to grow and make a difference.If you think you are the perfect fit for our team, apply now
