How might you defy imagination?At Amgen our shared mission — to serve patients — drives all that we do.It is key to our becoming one of the world's leading biotechnology companies.We are global collaborators who achieve together—researching, manufacturing and delivering ever-better products that reach over 10 million patients worldwide.It's time for a career you can be proud of.Join us.Regional Market Access Manager | Lombardia (1-year contract)In this role you will maximize market access for products in the region, establish long-term relationships with regional stakeholders, and be the single point of contact for Market Access within the local team.ResponsibilitiesContinuously assess and anticipate changes in regional healthcare environment and implications for Company portfolioEngage key regional stakeholders, building and managing strong long term institutional relationships with themIdentify opportunities for partnership with regional stakeholders and leverage best practices from regions coveredEnsure optimal regional access and funding for Company portfolioDevelop and execute a regional access plan according to central market access strategy, in alignment with franchise operating plansContribute to raise Company knowledge on regional/account access scenario and on risk and opportunities for portfolioExecute access plans acting as a part of a coordinated cross-functional field team with both commercial and medical rolesProvide appropriate recommendations to other functions, related to impact of regional and account access/funding approachesOversee tender in central buying organizations and support tender office in understanding changes in regional tender dynamicsShare best practices with other RAMsTake a strategic leadership for the reference territory, driving the regional access strategy and overseeing account accessMinimum RequirementsUniversity Degree in a Life Sciences/Health discipline (Medicine, Pharmacy, Biology)Strong experience/seniority in Value & Access activities or 5-8 years of experience as Sales Rep promoting Hospital Pharmaceutical productsExperience in promotion to Hospital PharmacistsDemonstrated track record of introduction of new products in HospitalsExperience in negotiation of prices and conditions with Hospital Pharmacists / Physicians and other key decision makersThorough knowledge of the majority of decision makers in his/her areaProficient in doing scientific/promotional presentationsDemonstrated track record of working with objectives and achieving themStrategic thinker to manage a complex portfolio and maximize overall account returnAble to think long-term as well as short-termStrong analytical skills to assess the profitability of different scenariosCreativity and capacity to explore and propose different alternativesExcellent interpersonal/communication skills to interact with clients and colleagues in complex and cross-functional teamsAbility to manage complex negotiation situationsObjective/results and customer orientedBased in LombardiaBenefits & RewardsFull support and career-development resources to expand your skills, enhance your expertiseA diverse and inclusive community of belonging, where teammates are empowered to bring ideas to the table and actGenerous Total Rewards Plan—comprising health, finance and wealth, work/life balance, and career benefits—with compensation and benefits rated above 4 stars (out of 5) on GlassdoorLocation: San Vittore Olona, Lombardy, ItalyEmployment type: Full-timeAmgen is an Equal Opportunity employer and will consider you without regard to your race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, protected veteran status, or disability status.#J-*****-Ljbffr
