Join to apply for the Senior Trade Marketing Specialist role at Beko EuropeThe team you will be a part ofThe Retail Marketing team is accountable for driving sell-out to the end-consumer through stores across all Channels by designing and executing the merchandising strategy as well as leveraging on the Promoter network across the geography.This role in summaryWe are seeking a Trade Marketing Specialist to join our team in Milan. This role will be responsible for implementing and executing trade marketing plans (pricing, canvass and promo plans, product distribution) for the selected Trade Partners.Moreover, the person is cooperating with the rest of the team, with the category team and the sales team to prepare and meet the Trade Partner and supporting the manager for the Marketing plan preparation and execution.Your responsibilities will includeAnalyze sell in, sell out, display share, and promo activitiesUpdate constantly price conditions in SAPRegular reporting activity to monitor the business and propose improvementRelationship with trade, sales teams and the other functionsExecute canvass and promo activities, monitoring the resultsCooperate with the team to simplify and improve the daily activitiesThis role demands a highly versatile skill set – especially analytical skills and keen eye for detail for orchestrating promotional plans and engaging all key stakeholders within the commercial team to deliver their contribution completely and on time, to analyzing financial returns and providing insight and commentary on performance to internal and external stakeholders.QualificationsUniversity degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related field2+ years of experience in Trade Marketing or similar rolesAnalytical skillsSAP knowledgeFluent in Italian and EnglishAbility to perform well under pressure in a deadline driven environmentPreferred skills and experiencesHigh level of motivationBusiness AcumenCategory & Product management experienceConsumer / Shopper knowledgeMarketing strategy and planning experienceCommercial experience in large national accountsWe are an equal opportunity employer.
