Industrial Quality Manager at Loro Piana The candidate will be part of the Total Quality team, within the textile industrial context and will directly coordinate the following teams:Quality Control – verifying the conformity of fabrics with customer requirements.Product Quality Team – processing non-conformities along all quality control points of the process.Quality and Process Testing Team – performing technical measurements and process analyses in dedicated Q-Hubs.Job ResponsibilitiesActs as a point of reference for problem-solving analyses concerning process deviations and for the consequent definition of corrective action plans, the implementation and effectiveness of which it ensures, with the aim of preventing criticalities.Supports the Operations team in carrying out process analyses.Performs statistical studies on the production process where necessary.Provides support in drafting and streamlining Management or Technical Operating Procedures and Instructions relating to the Quality area.Promotes corrective, preventive and improvement actions related to process control activities in collaboration with the Production, Product Development and Industrialization Teams.Develops and refines Quality performance indicators.ProfileDegree in Management Engineering or equivalent education.5-7 years of experience in a Quality role.Proficiency in Excel and Power BI; Minitab is a plus.Excellent knowledge of main statistical techniques (descriptive statistics, Process Capability, ANOVA), SPC and Measurement Systems Analysis (MSA) methodologies.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to work with objectives and problem-solving attitude.Professional English knowledge.Seniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionQuality AssuranceIndustriesRetail Luxury Goods and JewelryLocation: Quarona, Piedmont, Italy#J-*****-Ljbffr
