Overview We are Stone Island Stone Island is a defiantly independent community.Since our founding in ****, a shared mindset has driven us to become a globally recognized icon of independent spirit, leadership, and innovation.The Stone Island spirit is the foundation of the culture that we cherish and nurture every day.We provide you with the opportunity to build relationships that will shape your career, your life and our famiglia.The opportunity to follow your own compass.Your ImpactDigital MerchandiserAt Stone Island we are always looking for people who share our spirit and values to drive our company forward.We are currently looking for an engaged and passionate Digital Merchandiser who can join Digital Team at the Stone Island HQ in Milan.As part of the Digital Team, a Digital Merchandiser is responsible for the day-to-day management of the online catalogue and digital store, with the objective of optimizing commercial performance, supporting the execution of the commercial calendar, and contributing to the achievement of the Company's business targets through data-driven decisions.Main ActivitiesEnd-to-end product management through the PIM database, ensuring all content, information, pricing and imagery are accurate and delivered on time for product publicationCatalogue preparation, updates and quality checks in line with the commercial calendar, delivery plan, product publication flow and editorial calendar, supporting both sales and digital marketing initiativesDay-to-day management and optimization of the online catalogue to maximize visibility, conversion and sell-throughActive contribution to the planning, execution and monitoring of the digital commercial calendar, ensuring alignment with cross-channel business priorities and launch milestonesProduct selection and merchandising strategy for key launches, seasonal drops and dedicated marketing momentsOn-site visual merchandising management in accordance with brand communication guidelines and WW / regional editorial calendarsOn-site merchandising activities including manual product sorting, filters, navigation menus and internal search optimizationPerformance monitoring and analysis of product and category results using Google Analytics and Contentsquare, with the ability to translate insights into concrete merchandising actionsOn-site testing and debugging activities in collaboration with IT teams, especially for new projects, tools and special launchesContinuous monitoring and analysis of online competitors, market trends and best practicesStrong cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Buying, Planning, CRM and Tech teams, contributing to commercial plan definition and digital rolloutClose collaboration with the Photo Studio to ensure optimal digital representation of products and support collection launchesQualificationsRequirements:We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional with a strong commercial mindset, passion for luxury fashion and digital environments, and confidence in working with numbers and performance data.Previous experience within an online business or e-commerce department is considered a plus.The ideal candidate will have:Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business, or a related fieldExcellent command of spoken and written English2–3 years of relevant e-commerce or digital merchandising experienceStrong business acumen and numerical confidence, with the ability to interpret data and KPIsAdvanced user of the Office Package, particularly Excel and PowerPointExperience working with Commerce Cloud platforms (SFCC)Experience using PIM systemsHands-on knowledge of Google Analytics and Contentsquare (or similar analytics and UX tools)Solid understanding of website usability, conversion optimization and digital merchandising best practicesExcellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a collaborative, cross-functional mindsetOur Shared ValuesAt Stone Island we aren't led by conventions or trends, but by our own compass.Shared values we put into practice everyday to maintain our unique culture of relentless innovation.SELF RELIANCE | SOLIDARITY | ENGINEERING MINDSET | MATERIAL OBSESSIONIf you are ready to follow your compass with Stone Island, apply now#J-*****-Ljbffr
