Your ResponsibilitiesResponsible to transfer new products and major product or process changes from engineering to serial productionManages all industrialization related activities within in the product development, which includes prototyping, process planning, process validation and production scale upManaging an interdisciplinary project team consisting of process, equipment and test system engineers, ERP/MES architects, supply chain management, purchasing, quality and facility managementResponsible for planning, executing and controlling the industrialization project within the designated timeline and budget, including project reporting and stakeholder managementCoordination of process planning, which includes definition of the value stream (process, material and information flow), PFMEA/control plan, specification and selection of assembly and test equipment and planning of production layout / infrastructureCoordination of process validation and production scale up which includes installation of infrastructure, production and test equipment, setup & verification of software and production master data, HSE assessment, production of prototypes & pre-series samples and preparation of phase over to serial productionDefinition of project related industrialization requirements like design for manufacturing, design for service and design for reliabilityParticipation in change board meetings to identify and take over major changes to be executed within NPI Core team member in product development project as main interface to development project manager for all industrialization activitiesYour Qualifications & SkillsBachelor's/Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics or similar field5+ years of professional experience as a project manager of medium to large projects3+ years of professional experience in ramp-up managementSeveral years of professional experience in dealing with ERP (SAP or AP+) and MES systemsCertification in project management is an advantage (PMI or IPMA)Confident handling of project management software (MS Project and Jira)Experience in Lean Management and Six Sigma (certification is an advantage)Experience with automotive core tools (FMEA, APQP, PPAP, 8D, etc.)OUR COMMITMENTInnovative working environment in a young, dynamic teamHigh-tech projects in the future sector of e-mobilityCareer opportunities in a growing companyA wide range of further training opportunitiesAttractive bonus system and performance-related remunerationAdditional Company BenefitsWHY ALPITRONICTogether with our customers, we are driving the world towards sustainable mobility – with cutting-edge technology, we inspire with the most innovative and reliable solutions.With our roots in South Tyrol, we are market and innovation leaders and set the future charging infrastructure standards from our locations in Bolzano/Bozen, Bergamo, Bologna, Munich and Charlotte (USA).WHAT MAKES WORKING FOR US SPECIALWe are excited to meet individuals who are enthusiastic about making things happen, take personal responsibility and appreciate seeing the direct results of their work in the final product.We are a fast-growing company and offer our top teams a diverse and challenging range of tasks in a respectful corporate culture.Your contributions matter, are appreciated and have a significant impactJoin us and be part of our team#J-*****-Ljbffr
