PROPOSAL ENGINEER - HV ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENTS Application for the PROPOSAL ENGINEER - HV ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENTS role at ReverseJoin a leading international company specializing in product testing, certification, and verification, primarily for the energy and electricity sectors.They offer a wide range of services, including safety testing, performance evaluation, and compliance testing, ensuring products meet global regulations and standards.They support companies in developing safe, reliable, and efficient technologies by leveraging advanced testing facilities and our expertise in energy solutions.What You'll DoAs a PROPOSAL ENGINEER - HV ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENTS, your main responsibilities will include:Analyzing customer requests for quotations to identify the optimal technical solutions, based on the capabilities of our various platforms, and preparing both technical and commercial proposals that best align with customer requirements.This role supports the commercial activities of the Inspection Department.Utilizing the CRM system (Salesforce) to generate technical and commercial quotes, update our service catalog, manage interactions with existing and potential clients, track your sales pipeline, and monitor the progress of sales-related objectives (e.g., order intake targets).Engaging in additional sales-related activities, such as attending customer meetings to provide technical expertise, and occasionally representing the company at trade exhibitions to enhance market visibility and generate sales leads.As a Proposal Engineer you will be responsible for preparing quotations and processing orders, maintaining communication with customers, and collaborating closely with both the Operations Department and the Global Sales Department, and be the primary point of contact for customers.Experience & KnowledgeTechnical Degree in Engineering (preferably Electrical, Energy, or Mechanical)Experience in medium/high-voltage transmission and distribution electrical equipment (preferably switchgears, circuit breakers, etc.) is highly desirableExperience in an R&D team or in project management for transmission and distribution electrical equipment is highly desirableSkills and CompetencesTarget orientedCustomer orientedFlexibilityLocation: Milano (3 days of work from home per week, agreed with manager, based on the activities and priorities)Seniority level: AssociateEmployment type: Full-time#J-*****-Ljbffr
