Jil Sander is an international luxury brand led by design, quality and functionality.Progressive and experimental, it delivers an enduring wardrobe for women and men fusing elements from different genres, in a play of contrast that produces a variety of garments and accessories that are evenly sumptuous, practical, and iconic.Technology and the hand-made, natural and high-performance materials, feminine and masculine, daywear and glamour, complement each other, balancing invention and purity of forms.The constant collaboration with artists, photographers, filmmakers, musicians, and artisans constantly adds resonance and depth to the vision.The brand was established in **** by Mrs. Jil Sander, it is directed by Simone Bellotti, and it was acquired by the OTB Fashion Group in ****.Jil Sander is looking for the perfect profile as Client Advisor for our boutique in Florence.ResponsibilitiesWelcome the customer, providing an excellent in-store experience at all times, trying to perceive his/her needs and expectations, providing all necessary information about the product, current trends, etc.Develop and maintain effective one-on-one relationships with customers, using also digital tools.Maintain accurate records of all key customer account activities, and use the information for ongoing reference, including contact names, special delivery requirements, product preferences, outstanding price quotes, previous order history, and all follow-up information related to closing the sale.Demonstrate brand and product knowledge, based upon the provided training program, as well as keeping up to date with the luxury environment and competitors.Achieve established personal and store sales goals, by thoroughly and effectively managing all customer accounts through all stages of the sales cycle and the purchase process.Respond to all product inquiries (direct and indirect) and attempt to convert them to sales.Life SkillsStrong communication skills in English at least (verbal, in person, via e-mail, SMS, etc.) and ability to handle clients with personal care and empathy.Strong attention to detail.Results-driven and customer focused.Time management.Problem solving.Omni-channel retail orientation.Flexible availability – including weekends and holidays.Requirements3/4 years of experience in luxury fashion.BoH knowledge.Proactivity, enthusiasm, fashion knowledge and problem solving.Privacy policy available here: Italy Metropolitan Area#J-*****-Ljbffr
