Scopo della posizione:Monitorare lo stock case assegnato e relativo agli eventi RSA, garantendo puntuali gestioni ed aggiornamenti fino all'effettiva e conclusiva soluzione della richiesta. Monitorare tutti i processi di RSA attivati dai Clienti, con l'obiettivo di garantire un puntuale follow up di processo e determinare un rapido accesso ai servizi di assistenza after sales, qualora la richiesta di RSA non si concluda con un depannage.
Tipologia di contratto: contratto a tempo determinatoPrincipali attività:* Gestire quotidianamente lo stock case di 3° livello assegnato, intervenendo al fine di trovare le soluzioni più idonee e definitive per la risoluzione delle problematiche emerse nelle fasi di assistenza stradale.* Garantire entro i limiti e gli ambiti delle direttive e delle procedure aziendali ed al bisogno in collaborazione con i propri responsabili, la risoluzione di problematiche tecniche e di servizio che potrebbero emergere durante i processi di assistenza stradale.* Favorire e promuovere il rapporto di collaborazione con i reparti più coinvolti nella gestione dei processi di assistenza stradale come ad esempio Authority Services, Network Development, Sales e Customer Service, in un'ottica di integrazione e condivisione degli obiettivi;* Assicurare un adeguato controllo delle casistiche gestite, verificando tempi e soluzioni, al fine di ridurre i tempi di risoluzione ed incrementare il livello complessivo di efficienza;* Garantire la partecipazione nelle review periodiche previste, dando seguito ad eventuali puntuali verifiche e adozione di piani d'azione su indicatori non in linea con gli obiettivi aziendali;Competenze/conoscenze soft e tecnico-specialistiche: * Diploma o laurea in materie tecniche e/o gestionali, o esperienza equivalente;* Skills tecnico motoristiche* Passione per il settore Automotive* Conoscenza del quadro normativo minimo di riferimento rispetto gli specifici articoli del Codice Civile e del Codice della Strada* Ottime capacità di comprensione attiva dell'esigenza Cliente* Ottime capacità comunicative* Costituisce un requisito preferenziale laver maturato precedenti esperienze in ambito erogazione servizi di mobilità, in particolare in relazione ai servizi di assistenza stradale* Buona conoscenza della lingua ingleseWith over 3.4 million vehicles managed across more than 42 countries, we provide full-service leasing, flexible subscription services, fleet management services and multi-mobility solutions to customers of all sizes, including large corporates, SMEs, professionals, and private individuals.
