The Unit is managing the budget and forecast for Infrastructure Operations division, supporting budget owners for all the department and branches, verifying local expenditures, supporting closing activities and collaborating with chargeback team and CTOs controlling teams to analyze and present the budget to local customers.We are seeking a Financial Controller with relevant experience in manufacturing or service costing to join our team.Responsibilities- Analysis of financial performance, including variance analysis and cost accounting reports for the assigned Service categories and assist in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts- She/he will analyze and report on production efficiency and cost data and ensure the accuracy and completeness of the monthly and year-end financial reporting process- Support department and unit head on managing the budget and the expenditure in the controlling tool during the year ensuring the achievement of the target- Ah hoc analysis and financial validation on selected topics (like specific contracts, projects, etc.)- She/he will create shopping cart and book invoice in the accounting system regarding the area, ensuring the correctness, completeness and compliance with the process of the requests of expensesRequirements- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or Engineering- Minimum 2 years of experience as a controller in production and standard costing analysis required- Strong data analysis experience, demonstrating the ability to understand business needs, obtain & validate data, interpret results, root-cause anomalies and generate meaningful results- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office, including advanced Excel skills required- Professional language skills in Italian and English- Working knowledge of ERP/Financial Systems & Applications is a plusSkills- Think entrepreneurially and goal oriented- Capacity to work under pressure- Quick learner and characterized by strong analytical and conceptual skills- Work independently with focus on the essentialsCompany ProfileGenerali is a major player in the global insurance industry – a strategic and highly important sector for the growth, development and welfare of modern societies.Over almost 200 years, we have built a multinational Group that is present in more than 60 countries, with 470 companies and nearly 80,000 employees.GOSP - Generali Operations Service Platform is a joint-venture between Generali and Accenture and provides IT and Procurement services to Generali Group companies.Our purpose is to accelerate the Group's innovation and digitization strategy through the Cloud and shared platforms.Based in Italy it has 5 branches across Europe and employs about 1,000 people.COST OPT AND TECHNICAL TOWER SUPPORT#J-*****-Ljbffr
