About EscapeCampusEscape Campus is an international education group focused on language learning.We currently operate:Language schoolsacross theUK, Spain, Italy and Colombia(online and in-person)AgrowingEdTech divisionbuilding AI-powered language learning solutionsPartnerships with companies, schools and institutions to deliverinnovative learning experiencesPart-Time Chief Financial Officer (CFO)We are looking for aPart-Time Chief Financial Officer (CFO)to help us structure and scale the financial side of the business and to lead our fundraising strategy across all Escape Campus projects.Role OverviewThis is astrategic and hands-onrole.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and maintain thefinancial modelof Escape Campus Group (P & L, cash flow, forecasts, scenarios).Analyse and improveunit economics(customer acquisition costs, lifetime value, margins per product/country, etc.).Lead and structure thefundraising strategy:Identify and prioritise relevantinvestors, funds and grant opportunitiesSupport in preparing pitch decks, financial slides, business plans and data roomsJoin investor meetings and handle financial & business due diligenceImplement or improve basic financial processes and reporting:Monthly/quarterly reportingBudgeting and budget vs. actualsCash flow management and runway planningAdvise oncorporate structure, subsidiaries and cross-country operations(UK, Spain, Italy, Colombia) with our legal/accounting partners.Support the CEO instrategic decisions(pricing, product mix, hiring plan, cost optimisation, expansion).Ensure compliance with basicfinancial regulations and good governance practices.RequirementsProven experience asCFO, Finance Director, Head of Financeor similar in astartup or scale-up(EdTech, SaaS or education-related sectors a plus).Strong skills infinancial modelling, forecasting, and unit economics.Demonstrated experience infundraising(equity, convertible instruments, grants, public funding, accelerators, etc.).Ability to translate numbers intoclear strategic recommendationsfor non-financial stakeholders.Comfortable working withdistributed operationsacross multiple countries and currencies.Hands-on, pragmatic, able to work withlimited resourcesin an early-stage environment.ExcellentEnglish(spoken and written).Nice to HaveExperience inEdTech, education or training businesses.Experience withgrant/public fund applications(innovation, digitalisation, education).Familiarity withUK and EU startup ecosystems(investors, programs, instruments).Based in Europe or similar time zone.#J-*****-Ljbffr
