Discover the new Ritchie Bros.When you join Ritchie Bros., you'll be part of a diverse, global team that's focused on delivering great customer experiences.If you have an entrepreneurial spirit and are passionate about making a difference, we invite you to join our growing team.To further strengthen our position in Italy, we are looking for a Territory Manager to cover our territory in Central Italy (Lazio, Umbria, Toscana, Abruzzo).The OpportunityAs Territory Manager you offer solutions to your prospects and customers for selling used equipment, trucks, and other assets.A trusted advisory is key in your sales methodology.You use our data on demand, pricing and various markets to have an edge in your sales process.Together with the client, you determine the best strategy for the liquidation of their assets, which can be through an auction, Marketplace-E or a listing.You will continuously work to improve your equipment expertise to strengthen your position as a market expert.On top of that you will build personal and professional relationships with your clients to secure future contracts.ResponsibilitiesYou will be accountable for:Selling multi-channel solutions within the assigned territoryIdentify geographic areas and sectors that are areas of opportunityGrow sales with new businessDevelop a strategy and plan for securing potential customersBuilding, maintaining, and updating Playbook on a frequent basisEnsuring proper execution of sale through coordination with "Win Team" to fully service accounts including: sales support, operations, administrative, valuations and field marketing.QualificationsProactivity and autonomy are in the core of what drives you as a professional.Combined with your interpersonal skills and your ability to build professional relationships this will be a major asset when you join Ritchie Bros.Knowledge of or experience with various construction, transportation or industrial (related) equipment/vehiclesExtensive experience in outside salesProfessional level English and ItalianAdvanced MS Office skills, familiarity with CRM systems / Salesforce is preferredProven consistent track record of meeting/exceeding sales targetsBenefitsCompetitive base salaryComprehensive benefits packageSales commission plan (uncapped)Permanent employment contractCompany car, laptop, mobile, expense
