Your opportunityThe Mall Luxury Outlets is currently seeking a new Guest Personal Assistant, being based at our Mall in Sanremo. How you will contributeWelcome clients visiting The Mall Luxury Outlets and provide excellent customer service. Assist with the loyalty program by inviting clients to subscribe, explaining points accumulation, and managing rewards redemption. Support clients as a personal shopper, when requested. Record individual guests and groups using The Mall Luxury Outlets' digital tools. Handle client requests received via email and phone, coordinating with the Tourism Marketing Team. Coordinate with The Mall Luxury Outlets partners to help ensure service standards are respected. Check the In Mall image and its alignment with The Mall Luxury Outlets guidelines, sharing updates with the Marketing team. Present and sell The Mall Luxury Outlets Collection, supporting product storytelling and collecting sales and client feedback. Who you areAn organized, yet flexible multi-tasking personA professional with proven relational skills; hospitality & luxury background will be considered a plusA fluent Italian, French, and English speaker; Russian, Arabic, or Chinese will be considered a strong assetA team player willing to be part of a larger group with common goalsA proactive person, with a positive approachExpert user of MS Office SuiteWhy work with us?
