In this role, He/She will support the Merchandising team across strategic and operational activities, from competitive benchmarking to sales analysis, ensuring smooth processes before, during and after the sales campaign. He/She will play a key part in maintaining accurate databases, preparing business materials for management, and contributing to the evolution of our product strategy.Key Responsibilities- Support the Merchandising team with quantitative and qualitative analysis.- Develop presentations for management and ad-hoc business reviews.- Build and maintain sell-in and sell-out databases, ensuring accuracy and recurring updates.- Contribute to benchmark analyses to assess competitive positioning and inform product strategy.- Analyze performance using internal reporting systems.- Support Merchandisers during the Sales Campaign (style recaps, line sheets, product descriptions, PLM updates, technical materials).- Assist in developing and updating Training Manuals.Skills & Qualifications- Degree in Economics.- Previous experience in luxury fashion is highly preferred.- Fluent in Italian and English.- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint.- Familiarity with BI tools (Power BI) is a strong plus.- Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills- Ability to work confidently with large and complex datasets.- Comfortable working under pressure in a fast-paced environment- High level of accuracy, responsibility and attention to detail.- Positive, proactive mindset and eagerness to learn and grow within the role.Location: Milano (MI)Type: Full TimeInTOM FORDyou will have the opportunity to work in a company in the Luxury sector with an international reach, you will find a collaborative work environment aimed at continuous improvement in which the attitude towards teamwork takes on a central role.
