End-to-End Project OwnershipWe are supporting a marine repair and refit environment in the search for an experienced Ship Repair / Refit Manager to lead end-to-end refit projects across drydock and afloat operations.This role is suited to hands-on managers with strong technical grounding and proven experience delivering complex refit projects from planning through execution to final delivery .Key RequirementsProven end-to-end refit project management experienceStrong background in ship repair and refit operationsDegree in Naval Engineering (or equivalent technical qualification)Fluent Italian required (English a strong advantage)Right to work in ItalyConfident coordinating shipyard teams, subcontractors, class, and clientsRole Focus?? Manage drydock and afloat refit projects?? Coordinate technical scopes across hull, steel, piping, mechanical & electrical?? Control schedule, cost, quality, and safety??
