Engineering Project Managerfor the site Borgo San Michele LT ItalyWould you like to make a valuable contribution to the health of patients And do something really meaningful on your own responsibility Then we look forward to hearing from youExcellence beyond manufacturing - thats what we stand for as Aenova one of the worlds leading contract manufacturers and developers for the pharmaceutical industry with **** employees at 15 sites.Latina is a leading centre of excellence in sterile liquid production with a strategic investment plan to become one of Europes foremost hubs.Your key responsibilitiesManagement and supervision of CAPEX investment projects relating to pharmaceutical production plants including clean rooms utilities and laboratoriesPlanning budgeting execution and monitoring of projects in compliance with the timing budget and quality standards required by the pharmaceutical sector.Collaboration with the Corporate functions and internal Quality Production MS&T HSE and Purchasing departments for the definition of the technical and regulatory specifications of the activities for :Feasibility and drafting of the technical solutions to address users needDefinition of the budget to be proposed to the different stakeholdersAct as project manager of the approved projects;Handover at the end of the works in accordance with company procedures.Supervision of the installation commissioning and start-up phases of the plants and infrastructures.Ensure compliance with regulations regarding safety environment and pharmaceutical quality.Participation in defining the investment strategy of the company in the medium to long term.Promotion of technological innovation and continuous improvement of productive assets.Depending on the candidates experience she / he will be integrated into the organization accordinglyYour profileEngineering Degree (preferably Mechanical Chemical Industrial or similar).4 to 10 years of experience in managing CAPEX projects in the pharmaceutical or life sciences fieldIn-depth knowledge of GMP regulations and main regulatory standards (e.g. FDA EMA).Proven experience in managing complex projects in regulated environments.Excellent project management budgeting and supplier management skills.Leadership skills problem solving and working in cross-functional teams.Fluent knowledge of English spoken and written (B2).Your motivationAre you looking for new challenges in a highly competitive environment And you want to tackle them creatively and on your own responsibility Do you prefer a get-it-done culture and think in terms of solutions rather than problems What are you waiting for We would be happy to explain our corporate benefits in a personal conversationIf you have any questions I - Chiara Fanasca / Human Resources - will be happy to help you : Haupt Pharma Latina S.r.l.
