Overview CLUSTER SALES DIRECTOR - HOTEL DE RUSSIE & MASSERIA TORRE MAIZZAAt Rocco Forte Hotels, we are guided by strong values that reflect the culture of the Forte Family, and we promote the uniqueness of our destinations through the personality of our staff.We constantly strive for excellence and are committed to providing unforgettable experiences for our Guests.If you want to grow in an environment that fosters excellence, quality, and collaboration, this is the right opportunity for youWho are we?Rocco Forte Hotels is a luxury hotel Company, founded by Sir Rocco Forte and his sister Olga Polizzi in ****, with the aim of offering unique and personalized experiences in iconic European locations such as Rome, Florence, Sicily, Puglia, the United Kingdom, Germany and Belgium.Hotel de Russie is located between the Spanish Steps and Piazza del Popolo.Everything that7s great about Rome is within reach.Since its opening, aristocratic travellers, Russian royalty and renowned artists have all passed through our elegant lobby.With its Secret Garden, Hotel de Russie is a green oasis in the centre of the city and one of the trendiest hotels for well-travelled international Guests.Opened in May ****, Masseria Torre Maizza is located in the most glamorous destination on the Italian Adriatic coast.Surrounded by ancient olive groves, the renovated 16th century masseria is filled with thoughtful design accents and details to create a unique sense of place, from the stunning Olga Polizzi-designed rooms and suites to the romantic sunset rooftop bar and elegant restaurant overlooking the swimming pool.The resort also features a 9-hole executive golf course, a private beach club and an indulgent Spa.Responsibilities As Cluster Sales Director, you will lead the sales strategy for the two properties belonging to the Southern Italian Division, balancing revenue growth through account management, account development, strategic partnership management and long-term market positioning.Your main duties and responsibilities will be:Define and execute sales strategies to drive the commercial success of the assigned hotels through key account management and account development;Contribute to long-term business planning, budgeting, and forecasting, including the preparation and definition of annual Sales & Marketing plans for the properties under responsibility;Build strong partnerships with Revenue Management, Marketing, and Operations teams to align strategies and achieve commercial objectives;Partner closely with Revenue Management to optimize pricing, segmentation, and channel mix for sustained growth;Ensure visibility and awareness across all key markets -
