Enabling What's NextWho We AreBorn in **** as Techedge, we have almost 20 years of expertise that enabled us to become what we are today: AvvaleThis path led us to be able to count on over 3,000 employees, present in 11 countries around the world.What We DoWe help public and private companies to re-design their business models through the development of innovative and sustainable solutions, which have a positive impact not only on our customers but also on the world we live inHow we doThrough circular economy models, made possible thanks to technological innovation.What you will findIn Avvale we value our talents and your path with us will be full of:Flexibility, thanks to our policy you can work remotely in Italy, up to 5 days a week, and in SEE and Switzerland up to 5 months a year;Training & development as you can participate to training on the job, certifications, foreign languages classes and you will have a yearly budget to buy training courses;Gender equality & inclusion, the obtaining of Pdr 125 is a proof of Avvale commitment to an inclusive and fair work environmentRole and responsibilitiesYou will be part of the Avvale's innovative HCM CoE, a team dedicated to delivering cutting-edge projects and managing top-tier services in the HCM space.You will be responsible for:Conducting analysis sessions with clients to gather both functional and technical requirements related to business and HR processes, with a focus on the HCM domain;Proactively participating in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions;Training users on the implemented solutions;Creating effective visual presentations to support communication and solution adoption;Acting as a mentor and Team Leader for junior consultants.Required SkillsAt least 4 years of experience in the HCM field, with a deep understanding of HR processes and proven experience using the Talentia management system.Proficiency in C# development and working with relational databases (Microsoft SQL Server);Experience integrating systems through REST APIs;Ability to work in a global environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously;Results-oriented, with the ability to work both independently and within virtual teams;Fluency in both Italian and English, written and spoken;Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies;Familiarity with Success Factors, and Workday solutions is considered a plus.Come with usYou will have the opportunity to work and get in touch with international players who will allow you to increase your know-how in view of future challengesAvvale promotes equal opportunity.
