These are just some of the areas in which we operate.Currently, for the new Seargin project, we are looking forProduct Owner / Business AnalystAbout the jobModel:Hybrid - Rome, ItalyDuration:1 yearStart:AsapLanguage:English B2Recruitment process:1 interviewContract:B2BFTE:full-timeRequirements:5+ years of relevant experience in business analysis Strong capacity in preparing and writing clear, structured business requirements documentsGood knowledge of analysis and modelling tools and techniques (use case diagrams, state diagrams, entity relationship models, interaction diagrams)Good knowledge of BPMN, UML, or equivalent notation standardsFamiliarity with project management tools (Jira)Analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and negotiation abilitiesFluent in EnglishKey Responsibilities:Gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements from stakeholders Preparation of business requirements and approval of technical specificationsDefining and prioritizing the product backlog based on business valueWriting clear user stories and acceptance criteria Coordination and review of acceptance testing and planning of deliveriesFacilitating communication and interaction with business analysts, customers, users, project leaders, and developersActively participating in Agile/Scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, review, retrospective)Monitoring product KPIs and proposing data-driven improvementsManaging the product lifecycle from conception to release
