Location: Work from Remote / OffshoreContract Duration: 6 Months (extendable)Working Hours: Full-time, 8 hours/day, 5 days/week - *****Availability: ASAPEmployment Type: ContractAbout The RoleThis full-time hybrid role, work from remote along **** for engineering phase and then moving offshore for execution phase, focuses on managing Commissioning and Start-Up (CSU) operations in oil and gas projects.The Oil & Gas Start-Up Engineer will oversee project execution and operations, ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver efficient and innovative solutions.The role involves planning, troubleshooting, and optimizing processes to ensure successful project delivery within budget and deadlines.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare the project documents and deliverables of major projects in the Oil&Gas sector such as: systems subdivision, mark-up of P&IDs, schedule of activities and execution plans, pre-commissioning and commissioning procedures, operational test procedures, plant operating manuals and procedures in compliance with the project requirementsPrecommissioning, Commissioning, Start-up, Performance test, and Final HandoverPrepare Commissioning and Operational Test Procedures for complex process and utility systemsSupport onsite execution activities and provide technical oversight and coordination with clients and stakeholdersInterface with other engineering disciplines, and subcontractors to align deliverables and project timelinesAssist in client personnel training and ensure smooth transition into operationsRequirementsDegree in Engineering or at least 10 years of relevant experience in Commissioning/Start UpExperience in Oil & Gas Commissioning & Operations procedures preparationProficient understanding of Offshore assets, Drilling techniques and methodologiesExcellent problem-solving and project management skillsAbility to work effectively in hybrid settings, with both on-site and remote collaborationBachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related fieldPrevious experience in Commissioning & StartUp in the oil and gas industry is a mustFluent in English, both written and spokenProficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel for data handling and reportingCompany DescriptionCSU Solutions is a team of experienced industry professionals with over 30 years of expertise in handling challenging projects.Specializing in Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC), the company excels in Commissioning and Start-Up (CSU) projects.CSU Solutions operates within highly specialized sectors, including oil and gas, combined cycle power plants, Gigafactories, and data centers.Our experts pride themselves on delivering tailored and innovative solutions to complex industrial challenges.#J-*****-Ljbffr
