Il nostro cliente è una Fondazione internazionale impegnata nel settore Hospitality, per loro siamo alla ricerca di un IT & Special Projects Coordinator.La risorsa avrà un ruolo trasversale tra supporto IT e gestione progetti, collaborando con colleghi e stakeholder interni per garantire il corretto funzionamento delle infrastrutture IT e l'efficace implementazione di iniziative strategiche.Responsabilità PrincipaliFornire supporto IT per il funzionamento del Centro, occupandosi della gestione delle attività quotidiane e di attività di office Help Desk.Supportare l'Operation Lead nella gestione di progetti specifici quali CRM e Content Management, Risk Assessment, Sustainability, Net Zero e archiviazione digitale.Seguire in prima persona attività di rendicontazione e gestione documentale di alcuni processi legati alla manutenzione ordinariaContribuire alla creazione e alla gestione di contenuti e repository relativi ai progetti dei Residenti, delle Conferenze e delle attività del Centro.• Ottima conoscenza dell'inglese e del pacchetto Office.• Metodo di lavoro strutturato, organizzato e result oriented.• Esperienza con strumenti di gestione degli asset IT.• Familiarità con sistemi cloud-based (es.
