As a Service Now Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing the portfolio of ADC EMEA SMP clients and projects.Assessing the requirements for managing a project and adapting industry-standard methods to fit the specific contextManaging the work of Service Now technical experts who are providing consulting services and implementing new product featuresRegularly updating the project's status dashboard5 yrs experience managing projects related to ITIL or process improvement~ Experience in managing projects related to the Service Now platform, including its various modules and the ability to evaluate the impact of customizing and configuring the platform to meet specific business requirements~ Relevant experience in project management, including coordinating cross-functional teams~ Good knowledge and practical experience with Microsoft Project, Visio~ Skilled in solving problems creatively and adapting to changing requirements~ Proven track record of successfully leading large projects, including communicating updates to executive teams and coordinating across functional teamsYou should have the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and to meet tight deadlines.
