Portfolio Manager – Personal Workspace, Europe Logitech is the Sweet Spot for people who want their actions to have a positive global impact while having the flexibility to do it in their own way. In this role you will support the Head of Category responsible for managing all commercial aspects of the Personal Workspace category and help grow this important business. Key Responsibilities Use market insights from country organizations to translate global and regional promo & category strategies into effective campaigns and activities in European markets. Partner with the GCO Category organization and act as the daily point of contact on portfolio optimization. Manage and integrate key partnerships to amplify the Logitech category and marketing messages. Align strategies, campaigns, execution, and performance KPIs with country leads and country teams. In conjunction with the Head of Personal Workspace, deliver KPIs of products in Personal Workspace, achieving revenue and profitability targets and strategic objectives. Provide the Head of Category with key insights and detailed analysis to support NPI launches for key products in Europe. Drive implementation and execution of campaigns with the Personal Workspace Marketing Manager and country teams. Act as a business partner for commercial aspects of the Personal Workspace category with country points of contact — especially for market performance analysis (GfK), strategy development and presentation, identification of new opportunities, and business performance. Drive cross-country collaboration, share best practices, and adapt successful activities for execution in other countries, channels, or customers. Drive efficient distribution models by proactively supporting and challenging country contacts for key partners in the development of their portfolio, ranges, and space allocations.
