Take the chance to work for the Organization in charge ofdelivering one of the biggest and most prestigious events in sport fieldFeel the Olympic and Paralympic energy joining us at Fondazione Milano Cortina ****, leaving a mark in the sport historyBREAK THE ICEFondazione Milano Cortina ****is the Organizing Committee for the Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games of ****, carrying on the organization, promotion and communication of the sporting and cultural events related to the next Winter Games.We are driven by the following values: respect, determination, legacy, engagement and sustainability.Milano Cortina **** will be the first large-scale Olympics in history: 13 Olympic venues, 21 provincial capitals, 2,300 municipalities directly involved, over an area of 22,000 square km.The Milano Cortina **** Organizing Committee has been established in **** with the purpose of organizing Olympic and Paralympic Games in compliance with the Host City Contract signed jointly by the International Olympic Committee (IOC), the two cities of Milano and Cortina and the Italian National Olympic Committee (CONI).Furthermore, the Italian Paralympic Committee, the Regions of Lombardy and Veneto, as well as the Autonomous Provinces of Trento and Bolzano/Bozen are all partners in this major national-level project, with the support of the Italian Government.La risorsa lavorerà con lo staff operativo nella sede della competizione, in un periodo compreso tra gennaio e febbraio **** (in base alla disponibilità del candidato), supportando le attività del Venue Team Sport della disciplina di riferimento.Le principali mansioni e responsabilità saranno:Pianificazione ed Esecuzione dell'Evento:Collaborare con il team di Sport per supportare la preparazione della sede, incluso l'allestimento ed il mantenimento del campo gara, la logistica delle attrezzature e i servizi per gli atleti.Collaborare con il team di Sport in tutte le attività necessarie alla gestione delle competizioni, pre, durante e post.Garantire il rispetto dei regolamenti delle Federazioni Internazionali e degli standard olimpici.Coordinamento con gli Stakeholder:Facilitare una comunicazione efficace e la risoluzione dei problemi tra atleti, allenatori e ufficiali di gara.Competenze Tecniche:Fornire competenze specifiche della disciplina per affrontare i requisiti tecnici e risolvere eventuali problemi durante le fasi di pianificazione ed esecuzione.Supporto Operativo:Assistere nella gestione della logistica delle squadre e nei processi di accreditamento.Fornire soluzioni tempestive durante l'evento.Se si riscontrano problemi nella compilazione della candidatura online, inviare il proprio curriculum a: recruiting.teamlivigno@milanocortina****.orgForti capacità organizzative e di gestione dei progetti.Ottime capacità di comunicazione e gestione degli stakeholder.Capacità di lavorare sotto pressione e adattarsi ad ambienti dinamici.Conoscenza della lingua inglese; la conoscenza di altre lingue (ad esempio, francese, spagnolo) è da considerarsi un plus.Fondazione Milano Cortina **** is committed in building an inclusive and diversified working environment, striving to guarantee equal opportunities for all workers (L.******) and promote the integration into its workforce of persons with disabilities (L.*****).
