Kasanova Spa, azienda italiana leader nella vendita del prodotto casalingo, sta attualmente selezionando un/a Category Buyer da inserire nella Direzione Acquisti.La risorsa, in affiancamento con i colleghi del Team Buyer sarà parte attiva delle seguenti attività:Responsabilità:- Sviluppare e attuare strategie per la categoria merceologica assegnata, in linea con gli obbiettivi aziendali,- Invidiare e selezionare nuovi fornitori, valutando attentamente gli aspetti legati ai costi, alla qualità e all'affidabilità,- Costruire e consolidare relazioni strategiche con i fornitori,- Monitorare le performance dei fornitori e gestire eventuali controversie e criticità,- Collaborare attivamente con i team interni per comprendere le esigenze di prodotto e pianificare con precisione il fabbisognoRequisiti:- Esperienza pregressa di almeno 2 anni nel ruolo; - Esperienza nellacategoria merceologica degli elettrodomestici; - Diploma o Laureain discipline economiche, scientifiche o similari; - Ottima conoscenza del Pacchetto Office, in particolare Excel; - Ottime capacitàrelazionali con diversi stakeholders aziendali, flessibilità, capacità di gestione dello stress e proattività; - Ottima padronanza della lingua inglese; - Conoscenza dellalingua cinese sarà considerato un plus; - Disponibile a trasferte; - Automunito/a.Cosa offriamo:- Contratto di lavoro full time 40 ore; - tickets restaurant di €5,00 al superamento del periodo di prova; - CCNL applicato Distribuzione Moderna Organizzata; - Tempo determinato e inquadramento da valutare in base all'esperienza della risorsa selezionata; - Contesto giovane, stimolante, molto dinamico ed in continua evoluzione.Orario di lavoro: 09:*******:00, 14:*******:00 da lunedì a venerdìSede di lavoro: Via Resegone, 11, ***** Arcore (MB).
