instructional design and AI implementationUnderstands the capabilities and limitations of LLMs (like GPT-4)Can prototype and configure custom GPTs and similar AI tools for learning solutionsIs detail-oriented, innovative, and comfortable in a fast-paced, iterative environmentLoves solving problems creatively and making learning experiences smarter and more engagingKey responsibilitiesCollaborate with internal subject matter experts (SMEs) and key stakeholders to design and deliver effective blended learning programs that align with business goalsApply principles of andragogy and evidence-based instructional design to create engaging, learner-centric experiences for adult professionalsDesign and curate blended learning solutions using a mix of learning formats (e.g., eLearning, self-paced modules, virtual training sessions, and on-the-job activities)Ensure instructional consistency, accessibility, and relevance of content across delivery modesLeverage generative AI tools, including designing and deploying custom GPTs, to support learningManage project timelines, resources, and communication workflows to ensure the timely and organized execution of
