We're looking for a Senior Back-End Developer to take the lead on back-end product development. If you're passionate about scalable systems, microservices, and creating clean, maintainable code – and if you bring leadership and a builder's mindset – we want to hear from you. What You'll Do Lead the architecture, design, and development of robust, scalable, and secure back-end services. Own the entire lifecycle of backend features: from idea to production deployment. Collaborate closely with front-end developers, product managers, and other team members to deliver high-impact features. Build and maintain microservices using C# (.NET) , Python , and Java . Work across diverse platforms including Linux and Windows . Optimize data flow and storage with PostgreSQL and MongoDB . Deploy and monitor applications using AWS Lambda , ECS , and Kubernetes . Utilize tools like GitLab , Jira , and CI/CD pipelines for efficient, test-driven development. Contribute to technical decision-making and mentor junior developers. Maintain a high bar for code quality, testing, and performance. What You Bring (Don't worry if you don't have all the experience—we care more about your ability to learn and lead.) Proficiency in C#/.NET , Python , and ideally some Java . Hands-on experience with MongoDB , PostgreSQL , and cloud-native development (especially on AWS ). Familiarity with containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes . Comfortable working across Linux and Windows environments. Strong understanding of microservices architecture and building scalable systems. Excellent problem-solving skills and a "figure-it-out" mindset. Leadership qualities: able to guide, mentor, and inspire others. Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills. Self-motivated and hungry to learn new tools, frameworks, and patterns. Bonus Points For Experience working in a startup or fast-paced product environment. Interest in legal tech, compliance, or B2B SaaS. Familiarity with serverless architecture and event-driven design.
