OverviewYour TasksYou will join our e-commerce team based in Milan as Key Account Manager for Nivea, Labello & Hansaplast.ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will play a key part in accelerating our e-commerce growth by managing and developing strategic customer relationships with main Marketplaces & Omnichannel E-retailers.You will act as a trusted partner for key accounts, translating customer needs into tailored commercial strategies and ensuring sustainable, long-term value creation for both the company and its partners.Analyze strategic marketplaces and identify market and channel opportunities in the Marketplaces worldLead regular meetings and business reviews with clients to align on objectives and performancesWork closely with internal teams such as marketing, shopper & costumer, controlling, supply chain and customer servicePlan and execute online visibility and promotional initiativesDevelop, maintain and update account development plansTrack performance KPIs and prepare commercial reportsProactively manage issues and support future growth initiativesOrganization & Reporting LineYou will report directly to the Pure Players & Omnichannel Italy Lead and collaborate cross-functionally with multiple internal stakeholders.Your ProfileDegree in Economics, Marketing, Business Administration or related fields2–4 years of experience in Sales, eCommerce, Marketing or Trade Marketing rolesStrong interest in digital channels and e-commerce dynamicsExperience and knowledge of social commerce, including the management of sales and campaigns on social platforms; collaborating with Digital Marketing teamStrong knowledge of major online Beauty & Personal Care marketplaces such as Zalando, and similar platforms and understanding of marketplace business modelsExperience in catalog and product content management in line with marketplace guidelinesKnowledge of pricing, promotions, and Retail Media solutionsAbility to analyze marketplace performance data and identify growth opportunitiesExcellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skillsProactive mindset, strong ownership, results orientation and adaptability in fast-paced environmentsWhat We OfferPermanent, full-time employment contractCompetitive compensation package with performance-based variable incentivesCompany tools and a structured benefits programA dynamic and collaborative working environment with opportunities for professional development#J-*****-Ljbffr
