Who We AreSEINGIMstarted its operations over 25 years ago in the province of Venice.Today, it is rapidly expanding and ranks among the most important multidisciplinary engineering companies in Italy, with offices throughout the country.Our team includes more than500 professionals– engineers, technicians, and project managers—all driven by the shared goal of delivering top-quality engineering services for a better and more sustainable world.SHUTDOWN COORDINATORShutdown Coordinator assists the Head of Maintenance in preparing and executing shutdowns lasting over a week.DescriptionThe coordinator works closely with the Head of Maintenance to manage all aspects of a multi-week shutdown, ensuring coordination across engineering, procurement, safety, and operational teams.Main ResponsibilitiesIn coordination with the Contract and Procurement department, organize the pre-selection of contractors, draft calls for tender, handle technical and commercial adjustments, and participate in the final selection of contractors.Support the FFSD manager in spare parts demand, check warehouse availability, and proceed with specific purchase orders when required.Acknowledge HSE objectives for the shutdown from the FFSD manager.Propose and coordinate updates to site procedures for shutdown, drafting any missing or specific procedures.Collect HSE procedures, MoS prepared by contractors, and JRAs related to each complex to prepare a dedicated dossier.Ensure contractors are informed of and comply with HSE rules.Participate in safety audits during shutdowns and implement corrective actions.Consult with experts to assess the relevance of requested work.Define the scope of work with the FFSD manager.Prepare a detailed planning for the SoW, optimizing the time schedule and resources.Manage the optimized plan and prepare the co-activities matrix.Organize and coordinate work definition meetings, drafting and circulating minutes.Coordinate preparation for all shutdown activities (Maintenance, New Construction, and Projects).Organize technical files and practical preparations, including logistics and infrastructures, for all aspects of the shutdown.Propose the shutdown budget, ensuring that the best technical and economic solutions are chosen, and report to line management and the Steering Committee.Manage shutdown documentation to ensure it is efficient and accurate, filing it after the shutdown.Support the FFSD manager in drafting REX.RequirementsAn engineer or equivalent with extensive experience in Maintenance, Field Operations, or Project Management within the Oil Industry.Possesses analytical skills, attention to detail, organizational abilities, initiative, communication abilities, and teamwork.Well-versed in discipline technical rules and international standards in the field.Good skills in contracts and budget management.Good knowledge of planning techniques and associated tools and software (Primavera).Very good in reporting and attention to details.Fluency in English/Italian.Work locationTotalEnergies EP Italia offices inGuardia Perticara/ frequent visits to Tempa Rossa Site/offices – Basilicata.Duration3 yearsService startSeptember/October ****Working scheduleMon–Fri, 8 hrsApplicants of all genders (L. ******), ages, and nationalities (D.Lgs. ************) are invited to submit a detailed CV including consent to the processing of personal data (D.Lgs. ******) on our Seingim Careers page:#J-*****-Ljbffr
