Role & ResponsibilitiesSupport to help the Enlarge Europe finance accounting and transformation PMO for all the project management office activities on finance transformation project.The service referent is the finance accounting and transformation PMO.The service perimeter requested, for specific projects in progress, is:Support in establishing templates, tools, and KPIs for consistent execution.Support in activities scheduling and resource allocation.Organize status update meetings and maintain dashboards for project health.Manage dependencies across multiple streams and elevate risks when needed.Prepare reports for Steering Committees and Sponsors.Collect and analyze project data for progress tracking and risk management.Support in the current finance activities mapping and analysis, in collaboration with the relevant finance team.Support in the "to-be" model definition and implementation.?? Required SkillsThe service needs to cover the areas:Project management expertise – low/medium levelChange Management: driving transformation initiatives – low/medium levelCommunication: clear reporting and negotiation skills – low/medium levelData Analysis: monitoring KPIs and project health – medium levelTools proficiency: Excel, Word, PowerPoint.Citizen tools intermediate level (Copilot, PowerApps, Power BI)Languages required:English: fluentFrench: intermediateSpanish: desirable??
