We are looking for a Instrumentation and Control Specialist with expertise in Fire & Gas (F&G) systems, HVAC control systems, and Telecommunication & Security systems for Buildings.Your New Role The selected candidate will: Be responsible for prepare and review technical documentation produced by engineering office, ensuring compliance with project specifications and applicable standards.Analyze and align technical vendor proposals, support procurement activities, and prepare technical assessments for procurement decisions.Review and validate engineering documents produced by others, ensuring technical accuracy and adherence to project requirements.Identify inconsistencies, errors, and missing information, proposing corrections and improvements.Ensure compliance with relevant international standards (e.g., NFPA, IEC, ISA, ASHRAE).Verify design specifications, architecture, wiring diagrams, interconnectings, lists, schematics for F&G and HVAC control system, including integration with plant control system and F&G system.Ensure proper design and integration of Telecommunication and Security systems, including access control, CCTV, PAGA and communication networks.Analyze and compare vendor proposals for Fire & Gas, HVAC, and Telecommunication & Security systems.Identify technical deviations and ensure alignment with project requirements.Prepare Technical Bid Evaluations (TBE) and support purchasing decisions.Engage in technical discussions with international vendors to resolve ambiguities and optimize solutions.Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless integration of instrumentation & automation with other building systems.Support troubleshooting activities as needed.What You'll Need to Succeed Bachelor's or Master's degree in Instrumentation & Control Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.Minimum 3-years in I&C engineering, including relevant experiences in building systems design, with a focus on Fire & Gas, HVAC, and Telecommunication & Security systems.Strong ability to review engineering documentation.Deep understanding of instrumentation and control strategies for Fire & Gas, HVAC, and Telecommunication & Security systems including interfaces with other buildings systems.Experience in technical bid evaluation and procurement support.Knowledge of international standards such as NFPA, IEC, ISA, ASHRAE, and BICSI.Proficiency in AutoCAD, SmartPlant Instrumentation (SPI), and other relevant engineering tools.Excellent communication and coordination skills.Fluency in English (mandatory); knowledge of additional languages is a plus.What You Need to Do Now If you're ready to take on exciting challenges and contribute to our team, please apply online for immediate consideration.We look forward to hearing from you
