Adecco Fashion&Design ricerca per luxury brand del settore beauty, un/aDepartment Specialist.La figura inserita nel team di BOLOGNA, si occuperà delle seguenti mansioni:- Gestire a 360° il Floor corrispondente ai diversi assi merceologici presenti nello store (make-up, skincare, fragranze)- Sostenere la comunicazione tra Store Manager e il team di Beauty Advisor- Supportare i Manager nelle attività quotidiane, contribuendo attivamente alla progettazione della strategia commerciale e HR dello Store- Monitorare e analizzare i KPIs del team e animarlo al fine di raggiungere i risultati- Coordinare le attività commerciali e organizzative (animazioni, eventi, nuovi lanci, campagne CRM, etc.)- Gestire il magazzino mantenendo il corretto livello di stock nel rispetto dei cicli di riassortimento del prodotto e delle strategie merchandising- Formare i neoassunti ed accompagnarli nel loro percorso di crescita e sviluppo in collaborazione con i ManagerRequisiti richiesti:- Esperienza di almeno 3/4 anni in ruoli analoghi (Assistant Store Manager, Team Leader, Supervisor, Key Holder), preferibilmente in contesti Retail multinazionali dinamici.- Conoscenza dei principali KPIs del commercio, confidenza nella gestione di budget, analisi e report quotidiani- Alta predisposizione nella gestione di un team, guidandolo verso gli obiettivi e creando un forte spirito di squadraSi offre:- Inserimento diretto in azienda con contratto a tempo indeterminato al 3° livello del CCNL Commercio e Terziario- Bonus al raggiungimento degli obbiettivi individuali e di team- Orario di lavoro full-time, 5 giorni su 7- Buoni pasto
