OverviewAll'interno della divisione Eng Digital siamo alla ricerca di una risorsa per il ruolo di Salesforce Solution Architect, che si occuperà del disegno e dell'implementazione di processi end-to-end su piattaforma Salesforce.Entrerai a far parte del team di Atlantic Technologies, società del gruppo Engineering, leader internazionale nella consulenza Salesforce e nellofferta di soluzioni allavanguardia in ambito CRM, ERP e Business Intelligence.Quali saranno le tue attività e responsabilitàCoordinamento tecnico di uno stream progettuale e governance tecnica (best practice, quality gate, code review).Disegno di soluzioni Salesforce multi-cloud con focus su processi digitali che coinvolgono Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experienced Cloud e processi di integrazione.Definizione dell'architettura target (processi, data model, security, integrazioni, scalabilità, performance) e delle scelte tecnologiche.Ruolo di guida nella raccolta requisiti e nella traduzione degli obiettivi di business in roadmap, backlog e user story tecniche.Progettazione della data strategy: acquisizione dati, data migration, master data management.Coinvolgimento nelle fasi di design, sviluppo e test (unit, integration, UAT support) per garantire delivery di qualità e aderenza ai requisiti.Responsabilità della documentazione di architettura e di progetto (Solution Design, HLD/LLD, decision log).Lavoro a diretto contatto con le unità Business, Marketing e IT del cliente, facilitando workshop e allineamenti tra stakeholder.Supporto tecnico nella redazione di proposte di lavoro (pre-sales), stime, presentazioni, demo e PoC.Qualifiche e Competenze RichiesteAlmeno 4 anni di comprovata esperienza nell'ecosistema Salesforce, con responsabilità di disegno architetturale e coordinamento tecnicoEsperienza concreta su Sales Cloud o Service Cloud e su almeno uno tra: Experienced Cloud, B2B Commerce Cloud, Revenue Cloud, Manufactoring Cloud, Field Service, CPQCapacità di guidare sessioni di analisi tecnica, raccolta requisiti e identificazione delle migliori soluzioni per il clienteCapacità di redazione documentazione di progettoAlmeno 1 Salesforce Certification tra Application Architect e System ArchitectCompetenze di sviluppo e configurazione in ambiente Salesforce (Apex, LWC, Flows), con attenzione a performance e security.Solida conoscenza di integrazioni e architetture distribuite (REST/SOAP, event-driven, middleware), oltre a CI/CD (SFDX, Git, pipeline)Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese (minimo B2)Cosa cerchiamo nelle nostre personeAmbizione, nel perseguire grandi obiettivi e nellinvestire sul miglioramento continuo;Proattività, nell'anticipare e affrontare le sfide con iniziativa;Trasparenza, nel comunicare apertamente e fornire feedback costruttivi;Motivazione a migliorare e a crescere insieme agli altri, manifestando apertura al confronto per favorire la crescita collettiva e il raggiungimento degli obiettivi comuni.Invia la tua candidaturaInvia la tua candidatura e raccontaci come puoi fare la differenza.Sedi di inserimentoMilano | Roma | Napoli | TrevioloL'annuncio è rivolto a tutti i candidati, senza distinzione di sesso, nel rispetto del Codice delle pari opportunità di cui al D.Lgs.******** e ss.mm.ii.#J-*****-Ljbffr
