empowers you to own them to completion.The Operations Integration team is seeking a detail-oriented, forward-thinking, and self-driven Data Product Manager that will support the organization by enabling and continuously improving the data that is captured and extracted from the organization's warehouse management and inventory allocation systems that act as the source of truth for financial, environmental, sustainability, regulatory, and operational reporting.Activities that drive this role include:Defining requirements, documenting and driving alignment/approval between software and data engineers, product managers, data analysts, and business stakeholders (e.g., operations, environmental, legal) for new feature or updated reporting capabilities.Coordinating between engineering resources to drive prioritization, development, and implementation for new reporting mechanisms.Conducting data validations and performing user acceptance testing for new reporting mechanisms under development, driving and documenting iterative improvements through implementation.Preparing and driving training events to prepare stakeholders for new reporting capabilities.Conducting post-implementation data validations to ensure final product accuracy before product hand-off to Data Steward.Developing and maintaining organization data table libraries and policies.Facilitating data migrations as-needed to retrofit old reporting with new standards.This role will frequently interface with the team's 3P software provider to accomplish these tasks throughout pre-planned Agile sprint cycles, releasing new reporting capabilities to production almost every sprintThis role is critical to the organization in that it ensures the business can tell its stories (currently supported by 70+ data tables capturing millions of transactions per month, 15+ manual extracts, and two in-application search engines), and that the broader team knows how to read/interpret them as the business grows over time.Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborating closely with data consumers and stakeholders across the organization and service providers to define and drive alignment for new/updated reporting capabilities.Developing supporting documents (e.g., data flow diagrams, sample data files, schemas, business requirement documents) that specify design features and logic, as well as un/happy path expectations to drive feature development.Preparing positive and negative new feature test scenarios and facilitating acceptance testing to ensure new feature quality in test environments, documenting acceptance test KPIs to drive internal metrics.Planning and executing stakeholder training events to ensure successful rollout and adoption upon implementation.Conducting post-launch validations and refinement (as needed) to ensure final product accuracy and drive last-mile adoption.Managing ticket queues, prioritization, and tradeoffs for strategic data developments, ensuring stakeholders are always synchronized in developing the next big thing.Conducting regular data warehouse and organizational reporting research, presenting findings to identify areas to continuously improve reporting capabilities.Executing data migration/update strategies to transition between previous and new reporting solutions.Maintaining data warehouse/library resources and policies.About the TeamRe:Cycle Reverse Logistics offers worldwide cloud providers a means to disassemble, sort, test, in-warranty return, repair/refurbish, erase/wipe, and disposition server and networking assets that break or are no longer needed.The organization depends on the Operations Integration team to maintain, improve, and develop new features in their warehouse management and inventory allocation systems that process and monitor these assets from arrival to departure (and sometimes sales) across five global facilities, ensuring reliable and repeatable operational and asset safety, security, traceability, business value, and productivity are supported and reported through joint systems.Basic Qualifications2+ years of data enablement, data engineering, data management, or related experience in a warehousing, supply chain, manufacturing, or reverse logistics environment.Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related, or 4+ additional years of related experience in lieu of a degree.2+ years with one or more query language (e.g., SQL, PL/SQL, DDL, MDX, HiveQL).2+ years using Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, etc.).Preferred QualificationsExperience planning and developing end-to-end systems data architecture and/or reporting solutions.Experience with data modeling, warehousing, and/or building ETL pipelines using AWS cloud tools.Experience using data visualization tools (Tableau, QuickSight, etc.) in developing insightful dashboards to share data with a variety of stakeholders.Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a keen eye for details.Strong verbal and written communication skills to translate complex problems and design solutions using non-technical terms.Experience managing a 3rd-party vendor.Amazon is an equal
