UX DesignerYour missionYou will conceptualize, design, test and launch new developments and features of our products, by creating an incredible flawless and stunning experience for our clients.Sub to freedom.Freedom of choosing what you need, for how long you need it, without any sort of commitment.Freedom to change your mind and your behavior, whenever you want.Freedom of trying something new, without needing to worry if you don't like it.Freedom from debts and commitment.If you can't carry on, cancel.Whenever.Freedom from purchasing and producing waste.Give it back when you don't need it anymore, we'll give it a new life.Our mission is ambitious : to create and consolidate an alternative consumption model based on a simple monthly fee to achieve circularity and financial sustainability.Easy to say, harder to do.That's why we need youA few examples of your daily tasksUser-Centered Design : Translate complex business goals and user needs into clear product strategies, user journeys, flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity experiences.Product Discovery & Strategy : Conduct discovery activities by framing problems through JTBD, defining value propositions, and contributing to product vision and roadmap decisions in collaboration with the team lead.Stakeholder & Developer Collaboration : Own conversations with stakeholders and developers to align on business objectives, technical constraints, and delivery trade-offs, ensuring shared understanding and smooth execution.Requirements & Prioritization : Partner with the team lead to define features, user stories, and acceptance criteria, while independently setting strategic development priorities and gathering technical requirements for assigned tasks.Prototyping & Iteration : Rapidly prototype concepts, validate assumptions through qualitative and quantitative testing, and iterate based on insights to optimize usability, performance, and adoption.Design Systems & Scalability : Build, maintain, and evolve scalable design systems by defining components, tokens, patterns, and governance models in close collaboration with engineering.UI Design & Visual Consistency : Craft polished, production-ready interfaces aligned with brand identity, ensuring consistency across platforms, devices, and resolutions.Accessibility & Usability : Advocate for inclusive design by embedding accessibility standards and usability best practices throughout the product lifecycle.Design Ops & Documentation : Establish efficient design workflows, maintain structured files, and document decisions to enable scalability, onboarding, and long-term product consistency.Design Debt & Long-Term Vision : Anticipate design debt and proactively propose scalable solutions that support medium- and long-term product evolutionIs this you?Minimum 5 years of experience as a Product Designer or in a similar roleStrong skills in UI and UX design for digital products (web and / or mobile)Proven experience creating and maintaining a design systemHands-on experience working on SaaS products and interest in building coherent, scalable, and reusable product ecosystemsProficient with design tools like Figma Maze, Notion and ConfluenceBasic knowledge of HTML / CSS and how designs translate to code is a plusComfortable collaborating closely with developers, product managers and stakeholders.Analytical and user-focused approach, informed by research and data.Fluent in English (spoken and written)Experience working in fast-paced environments such as startups or tech-driven teams is a plusTeam-work and goal-oriented approachAbility to work independently with high problem-solving skillsDown to earth and open to take a step back if neededMotivated to build an empireWhat we offerAn incredibly talented teamExtreme learning curveFast growth opportunitiesMotivation, inspiration and challengesFlexibility and total transparencyCompetitive salaryWelfareStock options and performance bonusesLocationMilan - hybrid#J-*****-Ljbffr
