For sure you will be proud of your results at the end of the dayWhat does Manufacturing/Method Engineer look like?He/she makesLean Thinking and Continuous Process Improvementa part of the organizational culture.Our Manufacturing Engineer's goal is to focus on the activities that customer is willing to pay (Value) as well as to reduce the ones that do not add value to the end customer (Waste).Afterremoving the wastes from the value stream, the following action is to ensure that the flow of the remaining steps run smoothly without interruptions or delays.If you will join us in this role you will initiate new projects and follow up existing ones, reporting to the Production Manager and cooperating with all the teams to create an efficient and effective organization.What we expect from you?You have a Degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering,2-3 years of relevant experiencein a Lean oriented Manufacturing setting and Demonstrated skill and achievement in implementing Lean practices in a manufacturing environment.Preferably you achieved acertification in Six Sigmaand you have proven track of applied methodology in your past experience.You have an eye for details anddon't shy awayfrom rolling up your sleeves and getting involved whenever necessary.We seek for a self-motivated person, able to work under the pressure.You are full of energyand can't wait to work together with Internal Logistics and Production Team and you are happy to organize and optimize the Production environment.What else?We need you to be proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel, experienced with Autocad and fluent in English.What will be crucial to have and develop in this role?Knowing how to improve business results, driving change andmaking things happen.Capability todisplay consistency between words and actions, act honestly and directly with people, raising flags when things go wrong to ensure appropriate action is taken.Ability to drive customer success and demonstrate agenuine interestin accurately understanding and acting on customer needs and expectations.Passion for sustainability, being an example in following policies and practices as well as honoring agreements and commitments.What you will deal with in this role?Estimate production times, Define Balancing and ideal mixDefine production Line Layouts according to Lean Manufacturing ConceptsCreate, Update and Follow up assembly Work InstructionsTrain and Support operatorsPrepares and maintains records in accordance with regulations and company proceduresWork with Engineering Team to identify and implementProcess Improvementsand best practices through 5S and lean principlesRepresent an important link between operators and R&D engineers, playing a key role for new products introduction projects and acting as a Production representative in PTMs (Project Team Meetings)Optimization of flows for arrival of materials from warehous to production.The role reports to the Production Manager.What you can expect from us?You will for sure learn a lot anddevelop yourselffurthermore, as well as be involved in strategic decisions contributing to the Operational Excellence.It will be a challenging experience where to put your ideas and energy in the optimization of the Production set-up of our PC.Where we expect you?In Italy, Castello D'Agogna (PV)Diverse by nature and inclusive by choiceBright ideas come from all of us.
