Descrizione dell'aziendaWe are SGS - the world's leading testing, inspection and certification company.We are recognized as the global benchmark for sustainability, quality and integrity.Our 99,600 employees operate a network of 2,600 offices and laboratories, working together to enable a better, safer and more interconnected world.Descrizione del lavoroSGS is looking for a brilliant and preciseInstrumentation & Electrical Technicianas part of our Industries & Environment Business Line, who will be responsible for managing electrical and instrumentation activities on SGS GAS customer sites.This includes but is not limited to, analyser calibrations, sample system maintenance and system commissioning.Key accountabilitiesDevelop an excellent knowledge of Gas analysis instrumentation, process gas instrumentation requirement, process upset/calibration conditions and basic chemistry of standard processes.Develop and understanding of testing standards and analysis methods.Impart knowledge of Instrumentation activities and site experiences to new engineersTravel to customer sites for Gas testing and sample retrieval for laboratory analysisQualificheDegree in engineering field (preferred)Previous experience in similar roleStrong understanding of electrical circuits, control systems, calibration and instrumentation principlesCustomer orientation and proven ability to diagnose and resolve issues in complex systemsKnowledge of relevant safety regulations and procedures, particularly for hazardous environmentsDemonstrate a positive approach to work and be able to work unsupervised and as part of a team.Excellent communication skills, with fluency in Italian (native level) and proficiency in English (preferred)Informazioni aggiuntiveTechnical/Young Professional Position for Referral Program.SGS will contact only those profiles that will be considered most suitable with the position.SGS is committed to equal employment opportunity and prohibits any discrimination on the basis of race or ethnicity, religion, sex, pregnancy, gender expression or identity, sexual orientation, age, physical or mental disability, veteran status, or any other category protected by applicable law.Informativa privacy candidati#J-*****-Ljbffr
