R&D ArchitectLocation: Suzhou, CNThe Electronic Architect will work with a cross-functional program team to deliver cost innovative medical display/computer products for the both global and China market.This position masters the practical application of engineering principals, achieves expertise in Electronics Engineering, and investigates new techniques as part of a team.Key ResponsibilitiesResponsible for circuit board design for medical displays, include video processing, back light driving and power regulating design, following the common guidelines and best practices and within the constraints: time, cost, specification & quality targets.Identify the customer requirements and provide technical proposal to customer.Master the electronic design and testing, covering all phases of NPI, includes concept, architecture, documentation, design, prototype, test, supplier interfaces, manufacturing introduction and service support.Perform electronic failure analysis, propose solutions for the technical problem to achieve design excellence.Responsible for EMC reliability & verification tests, support on certification test.Prepare the documentation and reports of the relevant electronic design/module/sub-assembly as per the project plan.Ensure that the implementation confirms to the common guidelines and best practices.Work with customer, identify the customer requirements, initiated the proposal, estimated the effort.Qualification & Competencies8+ years of experience in electronic design or equivalent areas for Bachelor Degree or 5+ years of experience for Master Degree.Familiar with FHD to 4K display or computer design will be a plus.Demonstrated strong design capabilities in power regulating circuit, signal integrity & EMC improvement.Familiar with MCU design.Basic FPGA knowledge will be a plus.Good English skill in writing and speaking.Good analytical, problem solving and communication skills.Self-starter, result oriented and able to multi-task.Familiar with medical standards i.e. IEC/UL/GB/FDA is a plus.We are committed to conducting our business activities with the highest standards of integrity, responsibility and compliance across all aspects of our operations.This includes adherence to applicable laws, regulations and internal policies related to ethical conduct, quality standards, cyber security, sustainability, data protection & confidentiality and safety.D&I StatementAt Barco, innovation drives everything we do.We believe that diversity fuels creativity, bringing us closer to our colleagues and customers.Inclusion and equity aren't just values—they're core capabilities that propel us toward our shared goals and mission.About BarcoAt Barco, we design cutting-edge technology that enhances everyday life through advanced visual experiences.As a global leader in collaboration and imaging, we serve theEnterprise, Healthcare, andEntertainmentindustries with innovative tools that empower professionals to communicate and perform at their best.With a strong commitment toquality, reliability, and sustainability, our technologies are trusted in over90 countries.Backed by a team of 3,+ employees, we continue to push boundaries and shape the future of digital imaging and connectivity.#J-*****-Ljbffr
