We are currently seeking a dynamic and strongly motivated professional with a strong passion forSEO, digital marketing, and AI-driven technologiesto join our Marketing team in Milan asSEO Specialist.The SEO Specialist will execute and evolve SEO strategies and projects for our brand partners, becoming akey reference point for the SEO channel within The Level Group, with a strong focus oninnovation, automation, and performance-driven growth.Our ideal candidate combines ananalytical mindset, hands-on SEO expertise, and a strong curiosity forAI applications in search, content, and data analysis.What you'll do:Support the management and execution of SEO projects end-to-end, includingSEO analysis, technical optimization, content strategy, and link building, across international e-commerce websites.Contribute to and actively participate inAI-driven SEO projects, such as: AI-supported keyword research and search intent analysis; Content optimization and generation workflows using AI tools; Automation of SEO audits, reporting, and monitoring processes.Monitor daily website performance usingSEO and AI-based tools, Google Search Console, and analytics platforms, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.Analyze keyword performance, SERP dynamics, and search trends to identifygrowth opportunities and areas of underperformance.Analyze and monitor organic search traffic, identifying patterns, trends, and scalable growth opportunities through data-driven insights.Create clear and actionableSEO and performance reports, translating data into insights for internal and external stakeholders.Collaborate closely with internal teams to executeSEO strategies across multiple languages and markets, ensuring alignment with business goals.Stay up to date withSEO evolution, Google algorithm updates, AI developments (e.g. Generative Search, Search Generative Experience, AI Overviews), and emerging best practices.What we're looking for:At least2 years of experience in SEO, withe-commerce SEO experience considered a strong plus.Solid hands-on knowledge oftechnical SEO(crawlability, indexation, site architecture, Core Web Vitals).Proven experience working with SEO tools such asScreaming Frog, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar.Experience or strong interest inAI-based tools for SEO, such as: AI-powered keyword research and SERP analysis tools; AI-assisted content creation and optimization platforms; Automation tools for SEO monitoring, reporting, and data analysis.Ability to leverageAI tools (e.g. ChatGPT or similar LLMs)to support SEO analysis, content workflows, and problem-solving (prompting skills are a plus).Strong analytical and numerical skills, with confidence working on data sets.Proficiency inMS Excel and PowerPoint; experience with data visualization tools is a plus.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex SEO and performance topics to diverse stakeholders.Ability to thrive in afast-paced, dynamic, and performance-oriented environment.High attention to detail, combined with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.Ability to work bothindependently and cross-functionallywithin international teams.Fluency inEnglish is required;knowledge of an additional language is a plus.Seniority levelAssociateEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionMarketingIndustriesRetail Apparel and FashionReferrals increase your chances of interviewing at The Level Group by 2x.Get notified about new Search Engine Optimization Specialist jobs inMilan, Lombardy, Italy.#J-*****-Ljbffr
