The Business Analyst works with key project stakeholders to capture business and user requirements.The BA also works with the Development Team to ensure requirements are understood, developed, tested, and delivered to specification.Job ResponsibilitiesWork within the client's internal governance team, supporting them with strong functional and technical knowledge of the ServiceNow platformForm a partnership with the client business teams to deeply understand their businessCollect, review, analyze, and manage business, user and system requirements from client stakeholders to create clear, concise, and correct user storiesBridge the gap between business and technology ensuring common understanding and alignment of business/technology requirements, including functional and non-functional aspects such as quality attributes, scalability, interfaces, constraints, etc.Create, refine, and maintain functional requirements, user stories, use cases, and associated deliverables—process flows, test cases—to meet development and stakeholder needsWork with Development Team to facilitate story estimationSupport Development Team in understanding business and test requirementsWork together with Technical Lead to translate technical complexities to project stakeholders, ensuring understanding of design decisionsAssist in the creation of technical documentation and facilitate the Knowledge Management processJob RequirementsProven experience as a Business Analyst or Consultant in ServiceNow projectsStrong understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes, modules, and ITIL frameworkAbility to translate business requirements into clear and actionable specificationsStrong analytical thinking and attention to detailServiceNow certifications are a strong plusFluent in English and Italian (written and spoken)3+ years of Business Analysis experienceSolid presentation, facilitation, interview, and workshop skillsAbility to work on multiple projects at the same time and under tight deadlinesAbility to navigate ambiguity, overcome confusion, and simplify complex situationsProficiency in capturing and documenting business requirements, functional specifications, test scenarios/scripts, data models and business proceduresStrong process flow and diagramming skills (Visio/Miro/eDraw/draw.io and related applications)Diversity & InclusionHere at the Stefanini Group, we value plurality and equity, regardless of race, sexual orientation, disability, age, ancestry, religion, gender, and nationality.We understand and encourage the importance of being yourself#J-*****-Ljbffr
