About Agoda We bridge the world through travel.Founded in ****, Agoda is part of Booking Holdings and has over 7,000 employees from 90 countries.Data and technology drive our culture, enabling us to connect people with millions of hotels, flights, activities, and experiences worldwide.Senior Product Manager, AI (Bangkok-based) Based in Bangkok, this Senior Product Manager (AI) is responsible for building end-to-end traveler-facing AI experiences.You will partner with senior leaders across Product, Data, and Engineering to define, build, and scale the next generation of AI solutions that make travel planning more intuitive, personalized, and effortless for millions of customers worldwide.The opportunity This role is Bangkok-based, with relocation provided.As an analytical, data-driven Senior Product Manager, you will own strategy and roadmap, collaborate with cross-functional teams, validate high-value AI opportunities, and turn successful experiments into scalable products.In this role, you'll get to: Shape AI product vision and roadmap aligned with Agoda's business goals.Analyze the online travel ecosystem, AI trends, markets, competitive landscape, and user requirements.Conceptualize, launch, and optimize AI-powered products and features; experiment, test, and iterate quickly.Work collaboratively with Engineering, Data Science, ML Engineering, Marketing, Legal, and UX teams on cutting-edge technologies.Develop innovative solutions to complex problems, collaborating across regions, product areas, and functions.What you'll need to succeed: Bachelor's degree in a technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, Mathematics).Proven ability to leverage analytics and quantitative methods to inform decision-making.Strong data skills and experience with experimentation & model metrics.Understanding of generative AI and machine learning concepts.Experience working with Data Science, ML teams, and launching AI-driven products.Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to convey complex messages clearly.Hands-on mentality, entrepreneurial, analytical, and effective at breaking down complex problems.It's great if you have: MBA or Master's degree in Math, Economics, Computer Science, or Statistics.Proficiency with SQL, Python, R, or equivalent data tools.Equal Opportunity Employer At Agoda, we are committed to equal employment opportunity regardless of sex, age, race, color, national origin, religion, marital status, pregnancy, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, citizenship, veteran or military status, or any other legally protected characteristic.We prioritize attracting diverse talent and fostering an inclusive environment that encourages collaboration and innovation.#J-*****-Ljbffr
