Purchase Assistant Fabrics and Trims - Creation and management of fabrics and accessories product master data- Entering orders with purchase price lists and planning deliveries- Daily follow up of Mills and suppliers- Daily update of shared files- Request and Archive datasheets- Fabrics and trims tests- Production and sampling planning- Checking invoices- Organization and tracking of shipmentsRequired:- Minimum of 5 years in a purchase/buying fashion office- Technical knowledge of fabrics qualities and trims- Organization, management, problem solving and used to work following deadlines.A strong understanding of general company workflows and industrial processes is key to having a clear view of how this job fits within the company calendar and deadlines.- Good communication and team working skills- Flexibility- Available to travel- Good knowledge of the Office package in particular Excel- Strong English and Italian language skillsLocation: Milan, ItalyReporting to: Head of Product Development
