About BizAwayHere at BizAway, we Deliver the Future of Travel.We are a solid international company with strong ambitions and great expertise.With a focus on sustainability, on a daily basis we support companies enabling them to improve their travel management through our constantly evolving services and solutions, always characterized by our tech attitude and smart and innovative processes.We know that success comes from People and deserves to be recognized.Proactivity and Reliability, Kindful collaboration and communication are the core values of our Solution Culture.If you like challenges and would love to be part of one of the fastest growing B2B scale-ups then BizAway is the company you have been looking for.We are looking forWe are looking for a driven and enthusiasticCustomer Success Executive (m/f/d) for the Italian market, who desires to contribute to the growth and success of our Customer Success Team.This role is based in Milan.Your role in BizAwayAs a Customer Success Executive, you will manage a portfolio of BizAway clients, ensuring they are onboarded successfully, adopt the platform, renew contracts, and expand their usage.Your main responsibilities will be:Manage and grow a portfolio of corporate clients, ensuring satisfaction, renewal, and upsell opportunities.Deliver seamless onboarding by tailoring BizAway's onboarding resources (guides, webinars, playbooks, training sessions) to each client's needs.Track client health through usage data, dashboards, and NPS/CSAT surveys; anticipate risks and mitigate churn.Drive adoption of BizAway's platform, ensuring clients maximize value from our solutions.Proactively identify and act on upsell opportunities to expand client usage and revenue.Collaborate closely with Sales, Support, and Product teams to ensure a smooth client experience and bring client feedback into the business.Proactively suggest actions and campaigns to improve the customer journey and enhance growth.Your basic qualificationsYou are fluent in Italian and have full working proficiency in English.You have 1+ years of experience in B2B Account Management, Customer Success, or a client-facing role.You are comfortable working with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and client dashboards.You are proactive, organized, and thrive in a fast-changing environment.You have strong communication skills and a client-first mindset.We are also interested inExperience in SaaS, Travel Tech, or fast-growing scale-ups.Experience managing a large volume of B2B clients.Additional language capabilities.Our offerA seat on a scale-up with skyrocketing growth.Attractive compensation, including equity in the company.Development of your entrepreneurial spirit, having the chance to implement real-impact business decisions.Multicultural and international team.Collaborative and smart environment to work and learn.Free coffee to kick-start your day and free beers to celebrate together.Flexible working policy (3 days in the office + 2 remote).BizAway guarantees equal employment opportunities for all individuals, in compliance with Art. 3 of the Italian Constitution, Legislative Decree ******** (Equal Opportunities Code), Law ********, and EU Directive *******/EC.The selection process is open without any discrimination on the basis of gender, age, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, ethnic origin, personal beliefs, or religion.Candidates are invited to review the privacy notice pursuant to Art. 13 of EU Regulation ******** and Legislative Decree ********, as amended by Legislative Decree ********.#J-*****-Ljbffr
