Local Service Controller - Grid Connection (m/f/d)We are looking for a Controller (f/m/d) for our Service Organization (Grid Connection) in Milan.The role involves rapid response and performance improvement to operational efficiency and life-cycle management, from installation to end-of-life services.You will be the sparring partner of plant management in all aspects of finance and controlling.Through your proximity to the business, your accurate analyses, monitoring and interpretation of relevant data will help evaluate alternative courses of action and identify optimal solutions.ResponsibilitiesAct as a Service Business Controller and local management team member, ensuring high quality financial data and business information, transparency in reporting, and adherence to standards.Communicate timely and efficiently with local management, HUB Controllers, CSS, and other stakeholders on financial performance, issues, and actions.Participate actively in risk reviews, identify and communicate commercial and financial risks and opportunities, and provide guidance to sales.Develop and oversee processes and tools for transparent and reliable financial data.Oversee business planning and forecasting, interface with local business.Monitor progress, provide insight and analysis for operational decision-making, advise management on action plans.Identify cost-saving potentials, drive productivity optimization and capital efficiency, manage cash flow and improve Net Working Capital.Follow and implement internal control standards, ensuring compliance with corporate and country regulations.Your backgroundBachelor's degree preferably in Accounting, Business Economics or equivalent.3–5 years of experience in controlling and finance in a major company or division.Experience in cost accounting, hourly-rate calculation, project controlling.Experience with International Accounting Standards/IFRS.Good MS Excel and SAP skills.Confident self-initiative and communication across organization levels.Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure with mandatory deadlines.Fluent in English and Italian, written and oral.More About UsHitachi Energy is a global technology leader in electrification, powering a sustainable energy future through innovative power grid technologies.With over 50,000 employees in 60 countries, we generate revenues of around $16 billion USD.We offer health insurance, pension fund, welfare, flexible working type and hours, and an opportunity to work on technically challenging projects that have real impact.#J-*****-Ljbffr
