cloud37 is expanding its ServiceNow Practice and we're looking for a Junior ServiceNow Developer to join our growing team.If you have at least 1 year of hands-on experience with ServiceNow and hold a CSA certification, this is a great opportunity to accelerate your career and work on enterprise projects in a collaborative, international environment.What You'll DoSupport the configuration and development of ServiceNow applications (ITSM, CSM, or other modules)Participate in requirements gathering and assist in creating technical documentationCollaborate with senior developers and consultants to deliver quality solutionsLearn and apply ITIL and service management best practicesWork on integrations and workflows under the guidance of experienced team membersWhat We're Looking ForAt least 1 year of experience working with the ServiceNow platformServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification requiredBasic knowledge of JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting tools (Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, etc.)Understanding of ITIL practices and service management conceptsEagerness to learn, grow, and take initiativeStrong communication and teamwork skillsProactive, autonomous, and strong team playerSelf-motivated with a passion for continuous learning.Fluent in Italian and EnglishWhat We OfferCompetitive salary based on experienceImmediate start (or as soon as possible) for available candidatesStructured onboarding, mentorship, and training to strengthen your ServiceNow expertiseClear growth path toward intermediate and senior rolesInvolvement in enterprise-level projects across Italy and abroadInternational and collaborative work environmentFull remote position within ItalyFriendly, flexible, and dynamic team culture#J-*****-Ljbffr
