WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FORIn a logic of continuous improvement, we are looking for a senior Mechanical Designer for Central Industrial Engineering (CIE) department in Lanciano (CH). Key responsability:• Manage of the engineering developments of the new mechanical automatic process machines, according to timeframes and objectives defined in the project;• Coordinate the design and implementation of testing, to optimise new materials and current processes;• Collaborate with the Research and Development Team;• Prepare reports within the deadlines of the planned activities;• Improve the time to market for ME desing;• Improve new technical solutions:• Support and implement higher technological solutions with a transversal know-how.WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU SHOULD HAVESkills• At least 8-10 years of experience in ME desing of automatic process machines.• A team player who demonstrates determination, energy and enthusiasm following an open, flexible and solution driven approach.• Excellent Mechanical Design skills: Layout development and Automatic machine development• Excellent Pneumatical Development skills• Competence in business tools: MS office, MS projects, 2D CAD, 3D Solid Edge, FEM analysis• Fluent in English is a must, second language is an advantage Educational Requirements:• Educated to a technical diploma/degree.
