Full-timeDepartment: Reception StaffCompany DescriptionClinging to a cliff overlooking the sea, the Caesar Augustus offers one of the most beautiful views in the world from any angle.The blue of the infinity pool borders on that of the bay of Naples, the flavors of the restaurant are enhanced by the most beautiful view of the island, the notes of the piano cover the terrace at sunset and the gardens are of extraordinary beauty: emotions not to be missed Welcome to the land of aesthetes to discover the blue legend of Capri.Job DescriptionPosition: Night Porter / BellmanThe Night Porter/Bellman supports the Front Office and Concierge departments during the night shift, ensuring guest assistance, upkeep of common areas, and management of the night room service.This role contributes to the high standards of excellence upheld by Hotel Caesar Augustus, one of the most iconic luxury properties on the Island of Capri.The Night Porter works closely with the Night Auditor and Reception to deliver an impeccable, discreet, and guest-oriented service experience.Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome late-arriving guests and provide assistance with luggage, escorting to rooms, and attending to special requests.Manage all aspects of the night room service, including delivery of food, beverages, and amenities in accordance with hotel standards.Assist the Night Auditor and Reception with essential night-shift operational duties.Conduct regular patrols and inspections of common areas to ensure safety, cleanliness, and order.Prepare and set up hotel areas for the upcoming morning service.Promptly report any maintenance issues, malfunctions, or safety concerns.Maintain professionalism, courtesy, and discretion at all times, in line with 5-star hospitality standards.QualificationsRequisitiRequirementsPrevious experience as a bellman, night porter, or in similar hospitality roles, preferably within luxury hotels.Strong customer-service orientation and excellent interpersonal skills.Good command of Italian; basic English knowledge preferred (or reverse if hiring internationally).Reliability, discretion, physical stamina, and ability to work independently.Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.Availability to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays.Additional InformationWhat We OfferOpportunity to join a prestigious and highly professional environment on the Island of Capri.On-site training and potential for career growth within the Front Office / Concierge departments.A refined and inspiring workplace committed to excellence in luxury hospitality.Work Schedule: Night Shift (approximately 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM)Contract starting from the **** season.Local talent is preferred; however, shared accommodation will be provided for non-residents.Candidates must meet all legal requirements to be eligible for employment in Italy.#J-*****-Ljbffr
