The R&D Manager leads product development and lab operations with a hands-on approach, ensuring innovation, feasibility, and regulatory compliance.Dettagli sul clienteEuropean company with over twenty years of experience in contract manufacturing, pioneering a distinctive "Made in Italy" model that blends creativity, expertise, and strategic vision.DescrizioneTheR&D Mangerwill be responsible for:Lead the development and formulation of new cosmetic products with a hands-on approachDrive cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Operations, and Production to ensure innovation and industrial feasibilitySupervise laboratory teams (powders, emulsions, anhydrous) and actively contribute to daily lab activitiesManage supplier and client relationships, including regulatory aspectsOversee technical documentation, reporting, and regulatory complianceSupport Quality Control and Assurance in complaint handling and corrective actionsEnsure efficient procurement and inventory of lab materialsPromote a culture of safety in line with Legislative Decree *****Skills:Degree in Industrial Engineering, preferably with a specialization in renewable energy.Proven experience in managing EPC contracts for generation projects, with a focus on photovoltaic.Knowledge of Italian regulations, grid requirements, connection codes, and public tenders.Experience in team coordination and leadership, with the ability to motivate and develop resources.Profilo del CandidatoProven experience in the cosmetic industry, with at least 10 years in a similar roleMaster's degree in Pharmacology, Biology, or other relevant scientific disciplinesStrong communication and problem-solving skillsIn-depth knowledge of the cosmetic raw materials and active ingredients marketFamiliarity with sustainability practices in the cosmetics sectorProficient in Microsoft Office toolsFluent in EnglishDemonstrated ability to lead and manage teams effectivelyofferta di lavoroAn exciting opportunity to lead an R&D laboratory and play a key role in a high-impact development project.Desired Skills and ExperienceCosmetic Raw Materials & ActivesLaboratory Techniques (Powders, Emulsions, Anhydrous)Microsoft Office SuiteTechnical Documentation & Reporting
