Consulente Permanent Specialist in Adecco Italia S.p.a Adecco Consultant ricerca, per la filiale italiana di una multinazionale cliente operante nel settore industriale, un/una Accounting & Administration Specialist da inserire nel team Finance della sede di Milano.Il ruolo prevede attività operative di contabilità generale, amministrazione e supporto all'implementazione di un nuovo sistema ERP.ResponsabilitàRegistrazione ciclo attivo e passivoGestione e aggiornamento anagrafiche clienti/fornitoriRiconciliazioni bancarie e controllo incassi/pagamentiGestione fatture elettroniche e registri IVAControllo note spese e rimborsi dipendentiSupporto alle attività di budgeting, forecast e reportisticaVerifica presenze e supporto amministrativo al payroll providerRapporti con fornitori, consulenti e servizi esterniArchiviazione documentale digitale e fisicaSupporto all'implementazione ERP (manuali, procedure, workflow)Collaborazione con team finance internazionale e consulenti esterniRequisitiDiploma o laurea in ambito economico/amministrativoAlmeno 5-6 anni di esperienza in contabilità e amministrazioneBuona conoscenza di ERP contabili (SAP costituisce un plus)Ottima padronanza di ExcelPrecisione, affidabilità e capacità di lavorare in autonomiaDisponibilità full time in sede (no smart working continuativo, al massimo 1 giorno alla settimana)Contratto e condizioniCCNL Commercio – Livello II o III a seconda della seniorityInserimento diretto in aziendaSe sei interessato/a, invia il tuo CV per un primo colloquio conoscitivoLocation: Milan, Lombardy, Italy | Salary: €1,******-€1,****** | Posted: 1 week ago#J-*****-Ljbffr
